Gooch Falls

Waterfall on Marion Creek in Willamette NF, Cascade Range near Marion Forks, OR

Gooch Falls is an impressive waterfall on Marion Creek that’s accessible from a small unmarked trail leading from a gravel parking area. At the end of the trail is a vantage point that provides a partial view of the falls. There is a lot of exposure at the viewpoint for this waterfall – a cliff is just beyond the DANGER! sign. The sign is worth heeding, as a slip would be deadly.
