On Wikipedia
Lake Kanasatka is a 371-acre (150 ha) lake located in Carroll County in the Lakes Region of central New Hampshire, United States, in the town of Moultonborough. Early maps refer to this pristine lake as Long Pond, presumably because of its long and narrow shape. The lake is located one-half mile north of and nine vertical feet higher than Lake Winnipesaukee. The lake is classified as a warmwater fishery and contains largemouth and smallmouth bass, chain pickerel, white perch, yellow perch, sunfish, and brown bullhead.
