Cave Creek is a town in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. It is 27 mi (43 km) northeast of Phoenix. According to the 2010 census, the population of the town was 5,015. There are 2 Cave Creeks in Arizona. The other one is on the eastern face of the Chiricahua Mountains and is a small mountain town. Nearby Maple Grove is known for autumn color of the Canyon Maple tree.
