Fairly easy hike in. Didn’t see anyone in two nights. View up the mountain is jaw-dropping. Lots of fun off-trail exploration opportunities. Summit trail is 1-3 miles over the ridge, but would recommend waiting until there’s no snow.
Can require some map skills to find the camp site if there’s still snow. We went in early July, and the last mile or two was snow covered. Pretty straight-forward though if you’ve got a map. Just follow the creek towards the mountain.
