PTE is the language proficiency test which is previously accepted only in Australia but these days it is accepted in Canada and other countries also PTE is getting popular. PTE is a computer-delivered test in which your different English skills are judged such as listening, writing, speaking and reading, PTE modules are quite similar to IELTS but the marking system is different from IELTS, such as in that we do not have negative marking but we have integral marking. PTE is popular among kids these days as recently Canada has been accepted in the PTE in the SDS category which stands for Student Direct Stream and has having very high visa success rate, so students want to lodge their file under the SDS category. Universities and colleges have set different eligibility criteria for the different courses, so if students want to get admission to the desired college or university they need to fulfill the eligibility criteria such as PTE and IELTS have different score systems IELTS scores are given in the form of bands which range from 0 to 9 bands but in PTE classes in Chandigarh we have scores which range from 1 to 90, for example, if students want to lodge in their file in SDS category they need to score overall 60 and in IELTS you need to score overall 6 bands.
